Privacy Policy

We process account information such as your email address, authentication identity, and profile details you choose to add. We also keep learning information needed to provide the service, including progress, practice results, learner-submitted sentences, and settings related to access or usage limits.

When you use a learning feature, we may store the text and results needed to show feedback, let you continue practice, and remember completed work. Premium access and AI-usage records are stored when those features are used.

We use this information to authenticate you, provide and improve learning features, remember your progress, protect the service from abuse, and administer accounts and feature access.

We may also record limited technical and security information, such as request metadata, device/browser information, and IP address, to operate, diagnose, and protect the service.

Some Sentence Coach features send the sentence you submit to Google's Gemini service so the application can provide English-learning feedback. If you use the Premium IELTS Writing Builder, relevant writing you submit may be sent to OpenAI to provide the requested learning feedback.

AI feedback is used for the feature you chose. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for your learning activity.

We use Supabase to provide authentication and database services. Google may process authentication information when you choose Google sign-in, and Google Gemini processes text submitted to the applicable AI-assisted Sentence Coach features. OpenAI processes text submitted to the applicable Premium Writing Builder features.

These providers process information to help deliver the service, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

You can update information available in your profile. For account, privacy, or deletion requests, contact nguyenluthao252@gmail.com. We may need to verify that a request relates to your account before acting on it.

We retain account and learning information while it is needed to operate your account and the features you use, subject to legitimate security and operational needs. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date above shows the latest revision.
