By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information where the application asks for it.

The service provides learning activities, practice tools, and feedback to support English study. It does not guarantee IELTS scores, language fluency, exam outcomes, or any particular learning result.

AI-assisted feedback is a learning aid. It can be useful for practice, but it may not always be complete or correct. Use it as educational guidance and apply your own judgment when learning or preparing for an exam.

You are responsible for text and other material you submit. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content, attempt to interfere with the service, bypass limits or access controls, or use the service to harm others.

Learning content, software, and branding in the service are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. We may change, maintain, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary. The service is provided as available.

We may suspend or restrict an account when there is abuse, a security concern, or a breach of these terms. Administrative access and Premium feature access are separate permissions and are managed by the application.

Some features may be available only to accounts with the relevant Premium entitlement. Detailed payment, subscription, and refund terms will apply only when a commercial purchase flow is introduced.
